1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application published by Hyper Apps Studio ("we", "us", "our"), or by using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or services.
2. Apps & Services
Hyper Apps Studio designs, builds, and operates mobile apps for iOS and Android. We also partner with founders and companies to bring app ideas to life. Some apps are free, others offer subscriptions or one-time purchases, and pricing is always shown clearly before you buy.
3. Licenses
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer our apps or any part of them unless we give you written permission.
4. Your Content
Any data or content you create inside our apps belongs to you. We only use it to provide and improve the app, and we never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use our apps or services to break the law, harass others, distribute malware, abuse our infrastructure, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate access for behavior that violates these rules.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription terms, billing frequency, and renewal prices are shown at the point of purchase and managed by the app store you used (Apple App Store or Google Play). You can cancel or manage subscriptions through your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps or services means you accept the revised terms.
